The physicality of urban environments is as illusionary as the ephemeral projection of our intentions that we cast onto its absorbing structure. An interplay of pre-designed and pre-intended elements of public realm and the terminal contexts they set out while being juxtaposed or confronted, open up a place for contesting and challenging their autonomous significance and integrity.
Every human environment reflects the dynamics of the social, economical and socio-cultural negotiations happening within its always temporary arrangements. This human discourse equips the spatial reality with intentions, orders, commands and directions. These -reflected back onto us, the actors of the spatial reality show- choreograph and limit the pallet of behaviours to the vocabulary of the human discourse.
